  This McDonalds is a regular fast food restaurant. The menu is the same. The staff sometimes can get it wrong. The drive thru can make you wait. The young trainees serve you looking nervous and not knowing how to properly use the register. Sometimes the toilets aren't too clean and the tables are dirty. The manager can be directing trainees and using a voice loud enough and stressing enough to even give me anxiety as I wait in line. With orders flying everywhere and sometimes lines of customers out the door and children shrieking and running around full of sugar and on the playground ... this McDonalds, despite its flaws, is amazing. We are all human so the above problems happen even to the best of us but the staff here over the years have been courteous, kind, helpful and it's made it feel warm and welcoming. I have been coming here since my kids were in the pram now they are taller than me. Over the years we have been delighted with the service of many of the staff and were extremely sad as they moved on. Rowan who used to work on the McCafe making coffee was one in particular who always went above and beyond. His coffee was legendary and I even saw customers waiting for him to arrive and refusing to order till he was making it. The staff provide table service with a smile and make you feel at ease and my children have been delighted over the years with free balloons and stickers and games given to them. Leonie is a gorgeous staff member who is always ready to help you with a smile! The playground too has recently had a wonderful upgrade. The McHappy days are fun with face painting, hair coloring, and entertainment. So even though it's only a regular McDonalds, it's a part of the local community and a place to meet up with friends and enjoy a tiny break. To have a chat to the staff about your day and have a laugh about a joke. To walk in and feel comfortable and relaxed.

  It's a great McDonalds with some friendly staff, i regular with friends. The drive through is hardly crowded, and with the execption of a few employees the establishment is a good one.

  My wife bought a caesar salad for me tonight. when i open it, the lettuce were not even chopped. And they use iceberg lettuce instead of cos lettuce. Very disappointed.

  Worst McDonald ever. So many clueless staff running around. Our coffees were so sweet, 4 pumps of syrup were added. And the chia latte was so sickly sweet. She added 5 scoops of powder. So dirty and disgusting. Safety hazards were all over the floor in the service area. Should be shut down.
